President

Vito D. Marotta

Born and raised in Barnstable, MA, Vito "Buddy" D. Marotta began his culinary career at five, roasting peanuts at the Marshfield Fair. As a teenager, he was the local community's youngest and most successful BBQ competitor. After high school, his experience quickly expanded to the family's concession events business, where he has worked across New England at fairs and festivals, mastering the art of all types of cuisines. Vito is well-known for American barbecue fare and new and upcoming chicken creations.​
